Prashant provides business leadership and strategic vision to Kaizen groups overall growth. He attributes the success of teamwork and entrepreneurial spirit of the group. He has successful track record in diverse business of Engineering and IT with relationships world over and widespread connectivity in higher business echelons both in domestic and international markets. He personally heads the think-tanks which address the conceptual bases of the Group. Prashant has an extensive IT and quality systems experience during a career spanning 20 years working with blue chip companies like Verbatim, Crompton Greaves and Leading Edge Systems.

Chiman is the Director of application engineering for the Iflect subsidiary. Chiman contributes in the areas of technology direction, development of technical skills, research and development efforts in new and upcoming technology areas especially in the areas of Microsoft and Java technologies. He also oversees the off shore infrastructure in India, competency centers and internal information systems. He leads a strategic initiative to build an extensive knowledge base for competitive advantage. Chiman started his career in 1985 and has an extensive international experience handling big sized IT projects and working with blue chip companies like TCS, Syntel and Leading Edge Systems. Chiman has a masters' degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Vaijnath heads Iflect’s VLSI and Embedded systems technology division. He is a very keen planner with outstanding success in project/program management and risk management strategies with demonstrated excellence in delivering projects within time and cost parameters. An astute professional product and chip designer with 13 years of experience in VLSI/ASIC/FPGA/Embedded and PCB Design. In the past he has executed cutting edge projects in Wireless, Image processing, Biomedical and Consumer Electronics industry segments. He holds a Masters in Electronics and Telecommunication from Government College of Engineering Pune.

Venkatesh heads Iflect’s product engineering services and drives the overall growth of this business unit. He has a rare ability to transform start-ups into sophisticated, large organizations. He is deft in handling business with large clients on identification, retention and growth. He has extensive experience in various RTOS’s, development tools, microprocessors, DSP architectures across domains viz Industrial Automation & Control systems, Consumer Electronics, Telecom & Wireless, Automotive and Smart cards & Payment systems. Before assuming this role, Venkatesh held various responsible positions in AMD and Blue Star. He holds a Masters degree in Computer science.

Vijay heads Product design and engineering services of the Iflect subsidiary and responsible for overall growth of this business unit. A professional product designer with more than 15 years of experience in Creative and Technical Leadership on high conceptualization and visualization designs. He has successfully led complex engineering and mechanical designs both, as the head of the business, leading teams of highly qualified designers & engineers and as an independent Design Consultant for various projects in dynamics, vibrations, controls, and hydraulics and professional level of expertise in mathematics, electronics, instrumentation, digital signal processing, and software. The main strength is application of mathematics, modeling and computer simulation, FEA, dynamic analysis, kinematics, and handling different technologies such as mechanical, electrical, electronics, software, manufacturing, and the integration of these technologies. He has extensive experience is CAD/CAM/CAE/CAIE designs. He is a postgraduate from IIT, Bombay with a Master’s in Product Design and with a bachelors program (BE) in Mechanical engineering.

Dr.Salinkar is a Ph.D in hyrdraulic controls from I I T, Bombay and drives the entire research and development initiatives across Iflect's subsidairy. He has specialized in dynamics, vibrations, controls, and hydraulics and professional level of expertise in mathematics, electronics, instrumentation and digital signal processing.

Puri Sunil Kumar heads Electronics Manufacturing services of the Iflect subsidiary.

As a head of delivery, Vivek contributes in the directing client management, project portfolio management, enhancing quality management and excellence in upcoming knowledge areas. Vivek also oversees the off-shore software development center and leads strategic initiatives to build a competency center. Vivek has extensive experience in development of software, automation/ development tools and software project management in USA and Management of offshore delivery center for clients in Europe, Asia Pacific and India region. Over the years he has worked with domains such as Industrial automation, embedded software, Semiconductor equipment software and financial middleware software. Vivek has Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering from College of Engineering, Pune and is certified PMP professional.
